Request a free fit check

Send a link, workflow, or one sentence about what should improve. A rough note is enough—no polished brief needed.

Optional fields are only for context. Skip anything you do not know yet.

Run from Austria — built for clear remote collaboration.

How first contact works

You send a short note, a link, or the workflow that should improve.

You get a short email back with a clear answer on fit, a sensible next step, and whether a small first step makes sense.

Scope, price, and timing are agreed in writing before paid work starts.

Rough goal or friction is enough—a sentence or two.

Optional context

Helpful if you know it—safe to skip if not.

Rough sense only—not a firm commitment.

Optional rough range only—skip if unsure.

No newsletter—just a personal reply to this message, usually within one business day.

What the free fit check covers

  • You send a link, workflow, or a few sentences about the problem.
  • You get a short email on whether Zavenor is a fit.
  • If it fits, the reply points to a sensible first scope, rough price direction, and next step.
  • If it does not fit, you get a clear no instead of a sales call.

The fit check is not a full audit, finished concept, or binding quote. Scope and price become binding only in the written quote.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a first project take?

It depends on scope. A small offer page or clear inquiry flow is easier to schedule than a full rebuild or integration. Timing is stated in the written quote.

What happens after launch?

You get a short handover and a clear view of what was built. Ongoing support, larger changes, or further phases are agreed separately.

What if the scope changes during the build?

Extra scope is not silently added. If something new comes up, it is discussed clearly and quoted separately if needed.
